COACH'S COMMENTS
  • "It's good to get in the win column," said head coach Dennis Currier. "The guys had moments where we played really well. The first 20 minutes, we came out buzzing and really got on top of them. We fell a little short on capitalizing those and let them back in the game. In the second half, we found some rhythm after the first 15 minutes and started to get back on top of them. You started to see what this team is capable of doing. We had four different goal scorers. Our offense has a lot of weapons and it's just a matter of them getting used to each other. Hopefully we can continue to get better."

UP NEXT
  • The Flyers will head on the road to Nashville to take on Belmont at 2 p.m. ET Sunday.
