DAYTON - The University of Dayton volleyball team posted a straight-set sweep, 3-0 (25-20, 25-22, 25-21), of IUPUI Tuesday night at Frericks Center. This was the team's third-consecutive 3-0 win. Senior
Jessica Sloan led all attackers with a match-high 14 kills.
KEY MOMENT
After dropping the first set, IUPUI opened set two with a 4-0 run and was up five at 10-5. Dayton trailed by as many as seven points, 14-7, but continued to battle back and eventually tied the set at at 21-all. The Flyers four of the last five points of the frame to win, 25-22, and pull in front 2-0.

UP NEXT
Dayton returns to the road this weekend with a three-match outing at Ohio State's Buckeye Invitational Sept. 15-16. On Friday, Dayton will square off against Northern Illinois at 10 a.m. and Western Kentucky at 5:30 p.m. at OSU's St. John Arena. On Saturday, Dayton and Ohio State will play at Capital's Capital Center.
