HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.  – The University of Dayton men's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision at Northern Kentucky Wednesday night on the road.  

The Flyers (2-3-2) suffered their second straight loss while the Norse (4-1-1) picked up their fourth win of the season.

KEY STATS

• Dayton lost despite out-shooting NKU, 13-12. The Flyers only put three shots on goal however.
• Sophomore goalkeeper Federico Barrios had four saves in the contest.
• There were 17 fouls by the Flyers and 16 fouls by the Norse.
• Senior Alvaro Navarro and redshirt junior Nick Hagenkord both had team highs of two shots each.
• 16 Flyers saw action on Wednesday.
