BEXLEY, Ohio - The University of Dayton volleyball team fell to 25th-ranked Ohio State, 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 25-21), Saturday afternoon in the finale of the OSU Buckeye Invitational. Today's match was played at Capital Center due to conflicting events on OSU's campus. Junior Lauren Bruns led the team with a match-high 15 kills.

KEY STATS
- Senior Jane Emmenecker posted her second-consecutive and sixth double-double of the season with 35 assists and 10 digs
- Senior Amber Erhahon also reached the double-digit kills mark with 10 while senior Jessica Sloan was the team's leading blocker (6)
- The two squads were even on the blocks with four apiece but Ohio State out-hit Dayton, .336 to .248
- The Buckeyes were led by Ayanna Swan with 12 kills and Hannah Greunsfelder with 18 digs
