DAYTON - The University of Dayton volleyball team lost to visiting Pitt, 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-19), Sunday afternoon at Frericks Center in the finale of the 2017 Dayton Invitational. Both Pitt and Dayton received votes in the latest AVCA Top 25 poll.

KEY STATS
- For the second-consecutive match, senior Amber Erhahon led the team's attack, this time with a team-high 11 kills
- Junior Kendyll Brown was efficient with her swings, posting a .438 hitting percentage with eight kills to one error in 16 attempts while also leading the Flyer attack with three blocks
- Senior Jessica Sloan returned to action today after a two-match hiatus due to injury. She recorded four kills in seven attempts (.571) in one set of play
- Pitt was led by Stephanie Williams with a match-high 13 kills and Angela Seman with a match-high 19 digs
