DAYTON ā University of Dayton women's soccer won its second consecutive Atlantic 10 conference match, this time defeating the defending conference champion La Salle Explorers. The Flyers overcame a goal deficit and fought for a 2-1 overtime win at Baujan Field.Ā
Dayton improves to 7-6-2 overall and 3-3-1 in Atlantic 10 action. La Salle falls to 8-5-1 overall and 3-4-0 in the A-10.

⢠Dayton outshot La Salle 19-8, including 5-0 in the overtime period before the game-winning goal was scored in the 98th minute. Dayton also held the advantage on corner kicks, 7-6.
⢠La Salle had 15 fouls, to just seven for UD.

⢠Dayton got the equalizer in the 75th minute after
Izzy Greene's corner kick was cleared into La Salle's goal for an own goal.

Beth Kamphaus. A great move and pass up the field by
Micayla Livingston.
Keagin Collie continued the play with a pass off to
Caroline Mink who dished off to
Nadia Pestell as she got drilled by a defender. Pestell dribbled to the end line and then crossed into the box.
Sara Robertson was there, but a La Salle defender stuck a foot on it, and it went into the goal for a UD game winner.Ā
