COACH'S COMMENTS
"I think that coming off of Wednesday's loss, we had a little more energy," said head coach
Dennis Currier. "I thought we came out pretty good in the first half and had a couple of chances. Ultimately this year we have had trouble scoring, but I thought we were a little unlucky in the first half. The second half, Davidson took over the first part and we weathered the storm well. We got some more chances late. Obviously it's a devastating loss in overtime, the guy got off a really good shot and got the win. I think we need to try and gain that confidence back. I think that when a lot of things are going against you, you just have to keep fighting back through adversity."
UP NEXT
- The Flyers head back out on the road next Saturday at Rhode Island for a 7 p.m. contest.
