MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. - The University of Dayton women's golf team lost to Appalachian State University in the final round of match play today while competing for third place. The two-day event was held at Patriots Point Golf Course with an eight-team field.
No. 1 Wofford College finished first in the competition, defeating North Carolina A&T 3-2. The Flyers matched up against Wofford yesterday after a win against Radford.
