STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Sophomore
Domenic Maricocchi leads the University of Dayton men's golf team after two rounds of play at the Rutherford Intercollegiate. The two-day event, hosted by Penn State, is being held on Penn State's Blue Course and played at par 71 and 7,202 yards.
As a team, Dayton posted a score of 291-294=585 (+17) to sit in eighth place. Penn State leads the field at 12 under par while Oakland's Marc Norton (67-68=135, -7) and Penn State's Cole Miller (70-65=135, -7) are tied for first place in individual standings.
Sunday's final round is set to get underway at 8 a.m. from tees 1 and 10.
