DAYTON - The University of Dayton volleyball team posted a 3-0 (25-18, 25-9, 25-18) win over visiting Davidson Friday night at Frericks Center. The team posted a .370 hitting percentage for the match, its best of the Atlantic 10 season this year.
Dayton reached the 20-win mark for the 32nd time in program history as it moved to 20-7 on the season and 13-0 in A-10 action. Davidson is now 10-16 overall and 5-8 in league play.

• 46 - the Flyers tallied a total of 46 kills in the match to the Wildcats' 21 led by sophomore
Jamie Peterson with 11 - the only player in the match to have double-digit kills

Alli Papesh had seven kills and was swinging at .500, one of four Flyers with a hitting percentage of .500 or better for the match

Maura Collins got under a match-high 14 digs, the only player in the match with double-digit digs

Dayton will close out the regular season at home on Sunday when it welcomes VCU to Frericks Center in a battle to decide the A-10 regular season champion. Senior Day recognition will be held before the match and first serve is set for 1 p.m. Admission is free.
