The University of Dayton men's tennis program hosts a pair of home matches this weekend as the Flyers will welcome Bryant University and the University of Richmond to the Five Seasons Family Sports Club. The match with Bryant will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Flyers will take on Richmond at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Dayton is 3-2 this season and coming off an impressive 4-3 win over Butler last Friday.
Steven Karl clinched the win with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 triumph on court six.
Langford Hills is undefeated in dual match play this season with a 4-0 record at No. 2 singles.
Bryant takes a 5-4 record into the match and has won each of their last four matches, including their most recent win over Xavier by a score of 5-2. The Bulldogs are led by Matt Kuhar, who is ranked No. 121 nationally by ITA. Dayton senior
Jordan Benjamin defeated Kuhar last season in three sets at No. 1 singles to help lead the Flyers to a 4-1 win.
The Flyers also defeated Richmond by a score of 4-1 in last season's matchup. Richmond is 4-2 so far this season.
