Hilton Head, S.C. - The University of Dayton men's golf team finished up play at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate today. The Flyers had a decent day out on the course. The highlight of the day was Jake Gilkison shooting a 33 (-3) on the front nine.

The Flyers finished in 15^th place with a team score of 914 (+50). Charleston Southern finished in 1^st place with a team score of 876 (+10).

COACH COMMENTS 
"As a team, you always want to go in and win" said Head Coach Gip Hoagland. "This week we were not on our A game. That said, there were many positives that I was able to take away from this event.  There were definitely some good individual performances. Going forward, we just need to be a little more consistent and get all of the guys playing well at the same time. This was a great learning experience and we will keep on working and getting better."
