Toledo Home Run In Top Of Ninth Dooms #UDBASE In 10-9 Loss

The Flyers Will Look To Bounce Back Tomorrow Against Wright State At 3 p.m. (ET)

DAYTON -- The University of Dayton baseball team hosted Toledo on Tuesday afternoon in the first of five home games this week for the Flyers and lost by a score of 10-9 at DP&L Stadium. Trace Hatfield hit a two-run home run to put Toledo ahead 10-9 in the top of the ninth and a three up, three down inning in the bottom of the frame sealed the win for the Rockets. Dayton is now 22-18-1 and Toledo is 15-23 with the win.

Hatfield's home run in the top of the ninth completed a comeback for Toledo after trailing 8-1 in the fourth inning.
