Scouting the Raiders
Wright State (15-23, 3-9 HL) is currently suffering through a five-game losing streak, including dropping all three of its games at Horizon League foe IUPUI over the weekend. Rebekah Lenos leads the Raider offense with a .350 average to go with a team-best 35 hits and 27 runs scored while Meredith Keel has drawn 20 walks and stolen 12 bases. Olivia Otani (6-11) has a 3.76 ERA over 89.1 innings pitched in 20 starts in the circle for WSU.
Series Stuff
As one of Dayton's most-played opponents, Wright State holds a 55-36-2 advantage in the all-time series between the cross-town foes. The pair squared off earlier this season in Fairborn as the Raiders claimed a 7-5 win over the Flyers on March 20. Dayton swept the 2018 home-and-away series.

Sophomore
Abby Ehrenborg leads the team and ranks third in the A-10 with 34 RBI this season. Ehrenborg has posted seven multiple-RBI games in 2019 including five RBI against Kennesaw State on Feb. 16 at the Chattanooga Classic. Ehrenborg was named to the All-Conference First Team and All-Rookie Team following her freshman season for her play primarily as designated player.
Cacini Earns Second A-10 Rookie of the Week Nod
Freshman infielder
Alyssa Cacini was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on Monday, April 8, her secondly weekly honor of the season. As Dayton's everyday shortstop, Cacini went 5-for-12 (.417) at the plate over five starts for the Flyers. She was a perfect 3-for-3, including a home run, in Dayton's come-from-behind 6-5 win over Morehead State Wednesday. In UD's first game at Fordham Saturday, Cacini knocked out her third home run of the season and followed that by drawing four walks in the nightcap against the Rams. For the week, she tallied seven putouts and 10 assists while posting a .562 on-base percentage and a .917 slugging percentage.
