LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Dayton volleyball team dropped a nail biter, 3-2 (25-21, 25-17, 14-25, 23-25, 14-16), to 10th-ranked Florida in its second match of the Louisville Cardinal Classic. The three-day event is being hosted by Louisville at the Cardinals' L&N Federal Credit Union Arena. Sophomore 
Jamie Peterson tallied a career-high 23 kills and 13 digs for her second-consecutive double-double to lead the Flyers.
Dayton moves to 0-2 while Florida improves to 2-0 on the season.
KEY STATS
• 30 - sophomore 
Maura Collins got under a career-high 30 digs to lead all passers. She also set a career-high eight assists.
• 6 - freshman 
Amelia Moore led the Flyer block with six stuffs on the evening. She chipped in seven kills and passed three digs as well.
• 4.2 - over her first two matches of the season, Peterson is averaging 4.2 kills/set for the Flyers
