ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The University of Dayton volleyball team opened the Atlantic 10 Conference portion of its schedule with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 26-24) sweep of Saint Louis. The three-set match was played at SLU's Chaifetz Pavilion.
Dayton improves to 8-6 overall and 1-0 in league play while Saint Louis moves to 6-8 on the season and 0-1 in A-10 action.

Jamie Peterson tallied a match-high 15 kills, junior
Bridget Doherty set 15 assists and sophomore
Maura Collins passed 15 digs to lead the Flyers

• .218 - as a team, Dayton was swinging at .218 for the match compared to Saint Louis' .116
