DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's basketball team announced its non-conference portion of the schedule for the upcoming 2020-21 season.
The Flyers play four home games and three away games. UD was 14-2 at UD Arena last season.
Dayton opens the season on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at Morehead State in Kentucky. The Flyers then remain on the road to take on Illinois State on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. ET.
UD's home opener will take place on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. against Central Michigan.
The final road game of the non-conference slate will be at Charlotte on Thursday, Dec. 10.
Dayton will play the final three games at UD Arena, starting with Alabama A&M at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13.
A break for finals week follows with the Flyers returning to action against SEC foe Florida on Sunday, Dec. 20 at 12 p.m.
The final non-conference game on the schedule will be Florida A&M on Wednesday, Dec. 23 at 12 p.m.
The full 2020-21 Dayton women's basketball schedule including Atlantic 10 contests will be announced at a later date.

Dayton is coming off a 2019-20 season in which it swept the regular season and tournament titles in the Atlantic 10 while going 25-8 overall and 15-1 in conference play. UD returns a core group of veterans including First Team Preseason All-Conference
Erin Whalen as well as Third Team honorees
Kyla Whitehead and
Araion Bradshaw. The Flyers were picked to finish second in the A-10 in the preseason poll released earlier this week.
