COACH'S COMMENT
"The team played very hard today," commented head coach
Gip Hoagland following the final round. "The course was difficult and played a lot differently than yesterday due to rain. The team was presented a challenge for the day and they were able to reach it. In doing so, we beat a good portion of the field in the final round. Going forward we need to continue to work on the little things to prepare us for the next event. We are improving daily which is all I can ask of them."
UP NEXT
Dayton has next week off but returns to action March 9-10 when the team heads to Bradenton, Fla., for The Challenge at Concession. The two-day event will be played at Concession Golf Club and hosted by Ohio State.
