KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - The University of Dayton women's golf team moved up eight spots after the second round of the Kiawah Island Classic Monday. The team shaved 17 strokes off its first-round score and is now in 34th place among the field of 53 with a score of 320-303=623 (+47). Sophomore Sarah Frazier carded the team's low round of the day with her even-par 72. The team played on the Osprey Point Course in round two at par 72 and 5,984 yards.

Boston University moved into first place with its team score of 289-286=575 (-1) while IUPUI's Amelie Svejda shot up eighth spots to first place in the individual standings after firing a three-under-par 69 in round two (71-69=140, -4).
