Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 MIAMISBURG, Ohio – The University of Dayton men's tennis team split two matches on Sunday, falling to Fordham before defeating Indiana Tech at South Regency Tennis Center in Miamisburg.

The Flyers remain .500 on the year with the record now at 8-8.

Dayton opened the day with a close loss against Fordham 4-3. The Flyers had chances to take the match but came up short.

The match opened with the Flyers dropping the doubles point in close fashion. Matt DeMarco and Will Harper won the No. 3 doubles before the Flyers fell in No. 1 and No. 2 7-6.

Steven Karl, Will Harper, and Oliver Dunne each won their matches in two sets, but Dayton could not muster a third singles victory, dropping the match.

Dayton rebounded in a big way, sweeping Indiana Tech 4-0, with the Flyers taking every set they finished, first taking the doubles point in No. 1 and No. 3 before Connor Bruce, Matt DeMarco, and Will Harper each taking their singles match in two sets.
