EDISON, N.J. - The University of Dayton women's golf team placed six student-athletes on the 2019-20 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Team as announced by the league office Friday. To be eligible, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
Dayton's six was second only to Quinnipiac which placed seven student-athletes on the All-Academic roster and was the second-consecutive year the Flyers had six named to the team.

With 11 institutions strongly bound by the sound principles of quality and integrity in academics and excellence in athletics, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) is in its 39th year of competition during the 2019-20 academic year. Current conference members include: Canisius College, Fairfield University, Iona College, Manhattan College, Marist College, Monmouth University, Niagara University, Quinnipiac University, Rider University, Saint Peter's University, and Siena College. Dayton women's golf team is a part of the conference as an associate member.
