Bitto, Danielson, Frazier Repeat As WGCA All-American Scholars

The Women's Golf Coaches Association Announced Its 2019-20 All-American Scholars

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association announced its 2019-20 All-American Scholars today. The criteria for selection to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics.
 
Three University of Dayton golfers were recognized as WGCA All-American Scholars:
 
Abby Bitto – junior majoring in operations and supply management

Alissa Danielson – graduated Summa Cum Laude in May 2020 with a degree in mechanical engineering from Dayton. She will be moving to Tempe, Ariz. and working for Honeywell Aerospace as a project engineer

Sarah Frazier – sophomore majoring in communications with a minor in Spanish
 
All three Flyer are repeat WGCA All-American Scholars, also earning the honors in 2018-19. Danielson is a three-time All-American, being named her freshman year as well.

The minimum cumulative GPA to qualify is 3.50.
