CEDARVILLE, OHIO – The University of Dayton women's cross country team returned to action Friday, as they were in South Bend, Indiana for the Joe Piane Invitational. In one of the top regular season NCAA meets in the country, the Flyers finished just outside the top-10 in the Gold 5000m Race, taking the 11^th overall spot. Dayton also competed in the Open 5000m Race, placing 12^th of 13 teams.
