DAYTON - The University of Dayton volleyball team downed visiting Saint Louis 3-1 (25-15, 22-25, 25-21, 25-19) in Atlantic 10 action Sunday afternoon at Frericks Center. Senior outside hitter tallied a match-high 25 kills, her fourth 20+-kill match of the season, to lead the Flyer attack.
Dayton extends its winning streak to seven matches as it improves to 13-5 on the season and 7-0 in league play. Saint Louis moves to 12-7 overall and suffers its first A-10 loss (5-1).

• .333 - Dayton posted a team hitting percentage of .333, its second-consecutive match hitting above .300
• 41 - sophomore
Livie Sandt set 41 assists and passed 12 digs for her second double-double of the season
• 25 - Peterson recorded her fourth double-double of the season with a match-high 25 kills to go with 11 digs while swinging at .511 for the match
• 11 - freshman
Alayna Yates was the second Flyer in double-digit kills with 11. She posted the team's best hitting percentage of .529 and also tallied six blocks
UP NEXT
Dayton continues its seven-match homestand on Wednesday as it plays host to Xavier. The match between the Flyers and Musketeers is set to get underway at 6 p.m. in Frericks Center and admission is free. Per current City of Dayton Mask Mandate,
