CINCINNATI, Ohio – The University of Dayton women's tennis team dropped a midweek contest at Cincinnati 7-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

The Flyers now sit at 5-9 on the season with the loss. UD failed to get much going at Trabert-Talbert Tennis Center, dropping the doubles point at No. 1 and No. 3, with sophomore
Erica Wojcikiewicz and junior
Natalie Stanton going unfinished in the second doubles flight with the two close but trailing 3-2. UD failed to gain traction on singles, with the Bearcats taking all six singles flights as well.

Dayton will head into a weekend with two home conference matches. The Flyers will take on Duquesne and Saint Louis. UD will open the slate with Duquesne on Friday, March 26 at 3 p.m. before taking on Saint Louis on Sunday, March 28. Both matches will take place at South Regency Tennis Center in Miamisburg.
