RICHMOND, Ky. - The University of Dayton women's golf team wrapped up the 2021 Colonel Classic hosted by Eastern Kentucky Tuesday afternoon. The two-day event was played at The University Club at Arlington and the course was par 72 and 5,910 yards. Dayton finished in 12th place with a team score of 304-306-316=926 (+62).
Host Eastern Kentucky claimed top team honors with its score of 286-292-297=875 (+11) and the Colonels' Ragga Kristindottir earned medalist honors with her seven-under-par performance (68-72-69=209).
Dayton's top finisher was freshman
Charlotte Cunaud who tied for 17th place among 81 competitors. She posted a three-round score of 71-75-78=224 (+8).

UP NEXT
On April 9-10, Dayton will head to Murray, Ky., to take part in the Jan Weaver Invitational hosted by Murray State. The two-day tournament will be played at Miller Memorial Golf Course and will be the Flyers' last outing before the 2021 MAAC Championship.
