COACH'S COMMENTS
"First off I would like to give a huge thank you to Dr. Spina and
Neil Sullivan for navigating through this pandemic which allowed our teams to compete this spring," said head coach
Dennis Currier. "Not every conference or school had that privilege. Our student-athletes were amazing today. Prior to the game, I reminded them that we are playing for something larger than all of us. It has been such a difficult year for everyone and if we can just bring a little joy to the University and our loyal followers with a big win. Sure enough they executed in every category
today and played with extreme resilience that they have been displaying since the start of COVID last March. We have an explosive offense that continues to be relentless, but we also played our best defensive match of the season to earn a shutout on the road."
