KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The University of Dayton men's soccer team was defeated on the road Friday night 3-0 at Western Michigan.
The Flyers (3-1-1) suffered their first loss of the season while the Broncos (2-2-1) picked up their second win at home.
GAME RECAP
- Western Michigan jumped out to an early lead with a goal in the first minute of the game to put Dayton down early, 1-0.
- The Broncos then doubled their lead in the 38th minute to put the Flyers down 2-0.
- WMU sealed the game with a final goal in the 60th minute.
- Dayton was led by Eren Elbustu and Michael Adedokun with two shots each.
- Goalkeeper Marc Kouadio had three saves.
- The Flyers had 18 players appear in Friday's game.
