DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's soccer team began their Atlantic 10 slate on Sunday, as they were on the road to face the Saint Louis. The Flyers hung around throughout the entire match, but couldn't push across a goal to jump ahead of the Billikens. Sunday's loss was the fifth consecutive loss for the Flyers against Saint Louis in the last two seasons. 
 
KEY MOMENT
Sunday's match was very balanced throughout, with each team holding 50 percent of the possession. The Billikens earned a penalty kick in the 80th minute on a Flyers hand-ball, and Saint Louis' Abbie Miller powered the penalty past Madelyn Dewey in the top left corner of the net to give the Billikens the lead, which they would hold on to for the remainder of the match.
