MIAMISBURG, Ohio – The University of Dayton men's tennis team took down IUPUI on Friday night at South Regency Tennis Center in Miamisburg. The Flyers took all seven points from the Jaguars and extended the team's home winning streak to 16.

The Flyers improve to 4-3 on the season, while IUPUI falls to 0-3. UD started by winning the doubles point to take an early lead. Junior

Connor Bruce put Dayton up an early point with a 7-5 victory on Court Three.

Dayton took that momentum into singles play, winning all 12 sets against IUPUI across the six courts. Freshman
Eric Perkowski put the Flyers up 2-0, winning in the fifth singles flight 6-0, 6-0 over Emil Jankowski.

Matt DeMarco followed closely behind with a win on Court Three over Sean Bailey 6-4, 6-1. Bruce and Hiryur clinched their matches on back-to-back serves, with Bruce winning in No. 1 singles over Alex Jochim 6-3, 6-3, and Hiryur in No. 2 singles 6-4, 6-2 over Colton Morehart.

Sophomore
Erik Eliasson won his singles match on Court Six in straight sets as well, knocking off Blessing Benibo 6-4, 6-4. Harper closed out the match for Dayton in No. 4 singles, defeating Kamil Kozerski 6-4, 7-5 to make it a clean sweep for the Flyers.

Dayton will take on Youngstown State next Friday at South Regency. That match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
