Lexie Almodovar tallied a match-high 21 kills to lead the Flyers in the win.
Dayton improves to 9-9 on the season and 3-2 in conference games while Duquesne moves to 3-14 overall and 0-5 in league matches.

UP NEXT
Dayton will spend the next two weekends on the road beginning with two games at George Mason Oct. 7 and 8. The Flyers and Patriots will square off Friday at 6 p.m. followed by a 3 p.m. tilt on Saturday. Both matches will be played at Mason's Recreation Athletic Complex.
