ST. LOUIS - With its 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-22) sweep of second-seeded Davidson Saturday, the University of Dayton volleyball team advanced to the program's ninth-consecutive appearance in the Atlantic 10 Championship title match. No. 3 seed Dayton will square off against A-10 regular season champion Loyola Chicago Sunday at 1 p.m. at Saint Louis' Chaifetz Pavilion.
Dayton improves to 20-13 on the year, the program's 34th 20-win season, while Davidson closes out 2022 with a 20-10 overall mark.

Lexie Almodovar led all attackers with 11 kills
10 & 29 - sophomore
Alyssa Miller recorded her first career kills-assists double-double with a career-high 10 kills to go with 29 assists. Miller had an all-around day with a .562 hitting percentage, seven digs and two blocks
10 & 18 - sophomore
Anna Wuensch recorded her first career double-double with a career-high 10 assists to go with a match-high 18 digs
10 - freshman
Taylor Russell was the third Flyer with double-digit kills (10) while also serving up four aces to go with six digs
5 - junior
Amelia Moore tallied a match-high-tying five blocks
UP NEXT
No. 3 Dayton and No. 1 Loyola will square off Sunday in the championship title match. First serve between the Flyers and Ramblers is set for 1 p.m. Dayton and Loyola split its regular-season series as the Flyers dealt the Ramblers its only conference loss of the year. Loyola leads the all-time series between the two 15-6.
