FAIRBORN, Ohio - The University of Dayton volleyball team dropped a tough 3-2 (25-21, 19-25, 25-23, 22-25, 15-11) decision at Wright State Thursday night in the first match of the WSU Tru By Hilton Beavercreek Dayton Invitational. Five Flyers tallied double-digit kills in the match.

Dayton heads into Friday's match against Wichita State with a 6-5 overall mark. Wright State moves to 6-3 on the season.

KEY STATS
48 - junior Livie Sandt got under a season-high 48 assists
20 - sophomore Anna Wuensch passed a team-high 20 digs
14 & 13 - senior Grace Dynda tallied a team-high 14 kills to go with 13 digs for her seventh double-double of the season
12 & 10 - sophomore Lexie Almodovar put up 12 kills and got under 10 digs for the Flyers' second double-double of the match. Junior Amelia Moore also had 12 kills.
11 - sophomore Alayna Yates recorded 11 kills to go with a match-high seven blocks
