FAIRBORN, Ohio - The University of Dayton volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (25-23, 20-25, 25-19, 25-19) decision to Wright State Saturday night in the finale of WSU's Tru by Hilton Dayton-Beavercreek Invitational at the Raiders' McLin Gymnasium. Sophomore

Dayton moves to 6-7 on the season while Wright State improves to 8-3 overall.

Anna Wuensch tallied a team-high 16 digs, one of three Flyers with double-digit digs
16 & 10 - Almodovar's third double-double in the last four matches consisted of a match-high 16 kills to go with 10 digs

Amelia Moore collected 12 kills, her ninth match of the season with double-digit kills

Grace Dynda posted a career-high seven blocks - Moore also had seven blocks for the Flyers

With the conclusion of its pre-conference schedule, Dayton is set to open Atlantic 10 play next weekend on the road. Dayton will travel to the Big Apple for two matches at Fordham Sept. 23 & 24. Friday's match will get underway at 6 p.m. followed by a 2 p.m. tilt on Saturday at the Rams' Rose Hill Gym.
