DAYTON - The 16th-ranked University of Dayton volleyball team extended its winning streak to 16 matches with its 3-0 (25-15, 25-17, 25-22) win over visiting Saint Louis Friday night at Frericks Center. As a team, Dayton posted a .330 hitting percentage for the match compared to Saint Louis' .151.
Dayton improves to 21-2 on the season and 10-0 in Atlantic 10 Conference games while Saint Louis moves to an even 11-11 for the year and 4-6 in league action.
KEY STATS
32 - junior
Alyssa Miller tallied a match-high 32 assists to go with five digs, three service aces and two kills
15 - sophomore
Karissa Kaminski get under a match-high 15 digs to lead all passers
10 - junior
Lexie Almodovar led the Flyers with 10 kills
9 - as a team, Dayton served up nine aces led by Miller with three and Kaminksi and freshman
Gaby Arroyo with two aces apiece
Saint Louis - Emily Henken posted a match-high 12 kills and Carlie Rodgers got under 13 digs

Dayton and Saint Louis will close out their two-match series tomorrow. First serve between the Flyers and Billikens is set for 2 p.m. ET at Frericks Center and admission is free.
