KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The University of Dayton baseball team saw its bats go quiet Saturday night against the No. 3-ranked University of Tennessee, falling 4-1 to the Volunteers at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

Ben Jones notched both of Dayton's hits, collecting a pair of singles to add to his team lead on the season. Fellow senior
Omar Daniels scored the FlyBoys' lone run on the back end of a first-and-third steal, crossing the plate in the third inning.
Dayton's bullpen was shut-down Saturday night, throwing four scoreless innings and allowing just one run. Junior
