SCOUTING RHODE ISLAND
Rhode Island (16-20, 6-5 A-10) had its five-game winning streak snapped Wednesday after dropping the second half of its home doubleheader against Stonehill. The Rams' offense is paced by Skyler Rapuano with a .333 average, Elana Gonzalez with 29 hits and Becca Zawistowski with 14 RBI. URI's pitching corps is led by Katie Zaun (7-9) with a 2.91 ERA and two saves while Liz Lynchard (7-6) with a 3.56 ERA, 101 strikeouts (5th A-10) and six complete games.

Emma Schutter have moved into Dayton's top 10 all-time stolen bases list this season. Schutter is now in third place all-time with 47 career stolen bases while Daniel, who spent her freshman season (2020) at Wright State, is in sixth place with 45 career stolen bases for the Flyers. Molly Meyer (2007-10) holds the program record with 66.
