LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Graduate student
Sarah Frazier paced the University of Dayton women's golf team at the 2023 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship Sunday with a fourth-place finish. This is the second-consecutive and third overall time Frazier has earned a top-10 finish at the conference tournament and been named to the All-MAAC Team.
The 54-hole event was held at Disney's Palm Course April 21-23 and the course was competed at par 72 and 5,808 yards.
Defending champion Quinnipiac claimed the 2023 team title with its three-round score of 291-292-290=873 (+9) as three Bobcats finished in the top three led by individual champion Fuge Zhang and two under par (70-72-72=214). Dayton turned in a team score of 308-307-300=915 (+51) to finish in fifth place.
