DAYTON – The No. 21-ranked University of Dayton volleyball won in convincing fashion over Atlantic 10 foe George Washington on Friday night, beating the Revolutionaries 25-17, 25-16, 25-6 in the Frericks Center.Â

The Flyers have won 11 consecutive games as they improve to 18-1 on the season and 8-0 in Atlantic 10 action. Dayton has won 27 consecutive regular-season Atlantic 10 matches dating back to the 2022 campaign.

Dayton hit an impressive .405 as a team, led once again by redshirt senior
Lexie Almodovar, who had a match-high 15 kills while hitting .433. Redshirt senior
Brooke Smith added seven kills with a .357 attack average, and junior
Liana Sarkissian had six kills with a .600 mark.

Karissa Kaminski added 12 digs. It's the second consecutive match the Flyers' offense has boasted a hitting percentage over .400.
