NORTON, Ohio. The University of Dayton Men's Cross Country team finished 25
th out of 31 teams on Friday at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in their season finale. The 10k race was the sole of its kind for the Flyers, and three runners made their collegiate debut at the distance.
As he has all season, Graduate Student
Sam Duncan led the way for the Flyers finishing in a personal best time of 31:32. Following him was Junior
Jameson Maynes in 32:13 who ran his first collegiate 10k. Another 10k debut came across the line next as
Andrew Wilcox finished in 32:16. Graduate Student
Isaac Burkart was the fourth Flyer across the line with a time of 32:37, a personal best for him. Finishing out the scoring places for Dayton was Graduate Student
Bryce Conley running 33:08. Senior
Connor Ewert was the sixth UD runner in with a time of 33:11. Finally, Freshman
Jacob Herzog made his collegiate 10k debut in 33:55.
