NORTON, Ohio.- The University of Dayton women's Cross Country team finished 24^th out of 32 teams on Friday at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in their season finale. The NCAA qualifying race was a competitive one as it featured some of the top teams in the country. Five of the seven competing Flyers finished their season with a new PR.
 
Junior Marissa Pritchett continued to lead the way for the Flyers, finishing at 21:19, which tied her PR and the 10th-best time in program history set at the A-10 Championships. Sophomore Bryn Hothem was the second UD runner across the line in a new PR of 21:40. The trend of PRs was continued by Sophomore Olivia Kindbom who crossed the finish line in 21:56. Senior Justine Smith was the fourth Flyer woman to finish, running a time of 22 minutes flat. Rounding out the scoring places for Dayton was Sophomore Anna Newkirk in a time of 22:59. Freshmen Mia Gill and Kaitlin Skelton both finished with new personal bests of 23:47 and 24:00 respectively.
