DAYTON – The No. 18-ranked University of Dayton volleyball team advanced to the Atlantic 10 Conference Tournament Championship with a sweep (25-18, 25-16, 25-16) of No. 4 seed Davidson on Saturday afternoon at the Frericks Center.

The win cements the Flyers' spot in the A-10 Championship match set for Sunday at 12 p.m. and pushes Dayton's record to 29-1 on the season. UD takes on the winner of No. 2 seed VCU and No. 3 seed Loyola Chicago.

Dayton held the advantage in every statistical category, topping Davidson in blocks (8 to 4), services aces (8 to 3), hitting percentage (.437 to .150) and assists (44 to 29).
