RICHMOND, Ky. - The University of Dayton women's tennis team made it three consecutive wins with a 4-3 victory over Eastern Kentucky on Friday afternoon at the Greg Adams Tennis Center.
UD jumped in front thanks to a win in the doubles point, as
Natalie Osiecki and
Neena Katauskas were victorious at No. 1, 6-3, and the combination of
Laura Greb and
Erica Wojcikiewicz won at No. 3, 6-4.
Freshman
Marra Bruce continued her torrid stretch to start the season with a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles. Wojcikiewicz was victorious at No. 6 in convincing fashion, 6-1, 6-2, and
Elizabeth Hamilton clinched the match with a comeback win at No. 4, 4-6, 6-3, 6-1.
