MIAMISBURG, Ohio - The University of Dayton women's tennis team fell in a close contest with Cincinnati, 5-2, on Wednesday afternoon at the South Regency Tennis Center.
Fifth-year
Elizabeth Hamilton had a strong showing at No. 4 singles, winning 6-0, 6-4, while junior
Laura Greb turned in a dominant 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 6.
The Flyers narrowly fell in the doubles point, falling at No. 1 7-5 after falling at No. 2, 6-3.
Erica Wojcikiewicz and
Laura Greb were leading at No. 3, 6-5, when the point was decided.
