COLUMBUS, Ohio - The University of Dayton men's golf team closed out its 2023-24 regular season slate at Ohio State's Robert Kepler Intercollegiate Sunday evening. The Flyers were paced by senior Henry May who turned in a top-10 finish, tying for ninth place. The three-day event was played at OSU Golf Club on the Scarlet Course at par 71 and 7,455 yards April 19-21.

Indiana claimed top team honors with its score of 296-291-284=871 (+19) while Nevada's Enrique Dimayuga was the individual medalist with a score of 69-71-73=213 (E). As a team, the Flyers finished in a tie for fifth place with South Dakota State after posting a team score of 291-300-291=882 (+30).

"I'm really proud of these guys! The fight and resilience they showed these last three days was amazing. The Scarlet Course was probably the most difficult we have played all year and it was very easy to get frustrated, but the players didn't. They finished strong all three days. We finished ahead of a lot of really good teams out there and we couldn't have asked for a better test ahead of the Atlantic 10 Championship next week. Tomorrow we get back to work on another opportunity."
