ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – The University of Dayton baseball team took the first game of its Atlantic 10 series at St. Bonaventure on Saturday afternoon, topping the Bonnies 7-5 at Handler Park.Â

The FlyBoys jumped ahead early and never relinquished their lead, despite St. Bonaventure's best efforts.
Dayton's offense had 14 hits, with five Flyers turning in multi-hit games. Sophomore
Ivan Arias led the way with a 3-for-4 performance, driving in three runs and scoring another in the process.
Keagan Calero,
David Pedanou,
Alejandro Cazorla and
Omar Daniels each turned in two-hit games.

Seniors
Eli Majick and
Nick Wissman proved to be the dynamic duo the pitching needed, with Majick throwing the first 4.2 innings and Wissman finishing the final 4.1 for his sixth win of the season.
