TYSONS, Va. – The University of Dayton baseball team fell to VCU 11-3 in the second round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament on Wednesday afternoon at Capital One Park.
The FlyBoys now take on No. 5 seed George Washington on Thursday, May 23 at 11 a.m. Should UD win it would then turn around to play Thursday night at 7 p.m.

Dayton scored the first run of the game thanks to an
Alejandro Cazorla RBI single, but it was all Rams after that.
VCU plated runs in each inning from the second through the sixth, including multi-run frames in the third and fourth. The Rams then added a run in the eighth and when the dust settled the score was 11-3.

Ivan Arias both had two-hit games, with Yamin scoring a run and Arias driving one in.
