MIAMISBURG, Ohio – The University of Dayton men's tennis turned in a convincing 6-1 win over Lipscomb to earn its first win of the season on Saturday evening at the South Regency Tennis Center.

UD's winning ways started in doubles, winning at No. 2 and No. 3 to earn the point. Sophomores
Eric Suk and
Mikkel Zinder won 6-4 at No. 2, while junior
Sai Dore and freshman
Sturle Skigelstrand took No. 3 by the same 6-4 final

Zinder continued his unbeaten singles streak to start the spring campaign with a swift 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 2. McNally won convincingly at No. 1, 6-1, 6-0, and the freshman duo of Ridstrom and Skigelstrand won at No. 3 (6-4, 1-6, 10-7) and No. 4 (6-1, 6-0), respectively. Junior
Sai Dore also pulled out a win at No. 5, 6-2, 7-5.
