KINGSTON, R.I. – The University of Dayton volleyball team finished the regular season with a win over Rhode Island in straight sets (25-14, 25-14, 25-16).
UD has now gone 18-0 against Atlantic 10 opponents in the regular season for the third consecutive year.
The Rams opened the match to 3-0 before Dayton was able to get back out in front, winning the set by 11 points. The Flyers took another commanding win in the second set, leading the match 2-0. Rhode Island tied the third set at seven apiece, but UD pulled ahead to 13-8 and holding onto the lead for the win.

18 – Kills for Kamryn Hunt on 29 attacks with a .517 attack percentage
.818 – Attack percentage for Liana Sarkissian, tallying nine kills on 11 attacks
5 – Service aces for Hunt, a new high for the junior this season
3 – Block assists for Sarkissian to lead both teams
2 – Players with two block assists: Abigail Cresse and Hunt
5 – Total team blocks, compared to the Rams' one
UP NEXT
Dayton will play in the A-10 semifinals on Saturday, Nov. 22 at noon, taking on the winner of the first quarterfinal match.
