KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two University of Dayton men's soccer players have been named to a 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I All-Region Team. Senior Ethan Sassine and junior Martin Bakken were voted onto the All-Southeast Region Second Team as announced by United Soccer Coaches on Tuesday.

This is the second-consecutive All-Region honor for Bakken as he was named to the 2024 All-Southeast Region First Team.

Bakken and Sassine led the Flyers with eight goals apiece on the season as the Flyers made their third-consecutive appearance in the Atlantic 10 Championship match in 2025. Both players were also named to the 2025 Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team While Bakken earned mention on the 2025 A-10 All-Championship Team.
